FAQ and General Rules

1. WORLD CLASS ENTRY CONTROL

Please show your membership card every time you enter the World Class center. Any member who does not provide valid identification documents may be denied access to the center. If you lost your card, please notify the front desk, which will issue a new card at an additional cost.

2. THE CENTER MAY BE USED ONLY BY ADULTS

3. WORKING HOURS OF THE CENTER

Please adhere to the business hours of each area. Members are asked to leave the premises at the indicated closing time.

4. SMOKING, CONSUMPTION OR SELLING OF ALCOHOL, DRUGS AND ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES IS PROHIBITED

Bringing food and using glass containers in workout and relaxation areas is also prohibited.

5. DAILY PASS

You may purchase a daily pass without a time limit. We offer SPA area only (pool and sauna), FITNESS area only (gym and group training), and comprehensive daily passes. For more information, contact our front desk at +385 1 4836 701.

6. TRANSFER OF MEMBERSHIP

If you hold an active membership, you may transfer your membership to another person, at an additional cost. When transferring your membership, please provide a valid membership card and a copy of the membership contract.

7. TOWEL RENTAL

You may rent bathrobes, large towels and hand towels at the World Class front desk.

8. LOCKER RENTAL

You may rent a private locker for a month or a year, at an additional cost.

9. CLOTHES AND SHOES

  • Fitness: spare running shoes, tracksuit/tights, workout shirt, hand towel and water
  • Spa: flip-flops/slippers, swimwear, large towel/bathrobe and water. A swim cap is optional but recommended.  

Entering the gym and relaxation areas in footwear worn outside these premises is not permitted.

10. WORLD CLASS TRIAL DAY

If you’re an adult who has never been to the World Class Center, you have the right to trial our gym, group workout sessions, swimming pool and sauna. Please place your booking a day in advance by calling +385 99 2012 555 (Dora) or +385 99 2012 554 (Eva).

11. CONSULTATIONS WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER

By purchasing a membership, you get a free consultation with a trainer, who can provide information on how to do exercises correctly, how to reach your set goal, etc. The demonstration of gym equipment is charged separately. Please book in advance by calling +385 91 5925 783 (Valentina).

12. FREE NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING

We provide free nutrition counseling to our members in collaboration with the nutritionist Lada Šnajder. You can book your appointment by calling +385 98 323 240 (Lada).

13. GROUP TRAINING

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the start of your group training session and request a pass at the World Class front desk. Please arrive in time for your session; in case of late arrival, access to the class will not be granted for your own safety.

Only the CYCLING and TRX training sessions need to be booked in advance. Book your place on the day of the session, by calling the front desk at +385 1 4836 701.

14. MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

You may freeze your annual membership for up to 30 days. All shorter forms of membership cannot be frozen. A retroactive membership freeze is not possible.

In case of illness or surgery, our members have the right to extend their membership by providing a medical certificate that proves that they were unable to visit the center. The maximum period of extension due to illness or surgery is 2 months net. Pregnant women may freeze their membership for up to 9 months.

15. MASSAGE

Our members can enjoy our special offer, 45 minutes long CLASSICAL MASSAGE. The price is HRK 150.  

Additionally, we offer special massage sessions for World Class members every month.
